Browsers Anti-XSS methods in ASP (classic) have been defeated!
Classic ASP accepts request parameters in ways browser XSS filters never modelled: parameter pollution, certain UTF-8 characters folded to ASCII equivalents, case-insensitive names, truncation at null bytes, stray percent signs and ampersand quirks. Combining these bypasses the IE8/9 filter and Chrome's auditor, and bypassed NoScript before it was patched.
