maluc's sla.ckers thread collecting UTF-7 and high-bit US-ASCII filter-bypass strings. Best preserved of the four threads: all 8 posts present, every vector fenced and byte-correct, including the 0xA2/0xA7/0xBB/0xBC/0xBE substitutions that are the technique. Only fault is published empty while the first post states 'November 19, 2006 12:42AM'.
