Using POST method to bypass IE-browser protected XSS
A short note testing browser XSS filters against POST-delivered payloads. Chrome and Safari block both GET and POST reflected XSS, but Internet Explorer's XSS Filter only inspects GET, so the same payload posted in a form body is reflected unfiltered. Two screenshots contrast the filtered and unfiltered cases.
