(Non-Persistent) Untraceable XSS Attacks
Setting document.domain to the bare TLD ('com') lets a reflected XSS payload hold no attack logic at all: the injected script only calls back into the attacker's frame, and a meta refresh strips the Referer. Server logs then show nothing but a .com origin. Rewritten post retains the earlier 'com.' variant.
