Internet Explorer MIME-sniffs the contents of a message/rfc822 .eml file, so an attacker-hosted .eml can frame a page served as text/plain and have its injected HTML and script rendered anyway. This turns otherwise inert reflected input in text/plain responses into working cross-site scripting, and X-Content-Type-Options nosniff does not stop it.
