illusoryTLS
An elliptic-curve asymmetric backdoor of the Young-Yung kind planted in the RSA key generation behind a single CA certificate. The backdoored public key is computationally indistinguishable from a genuine one, yet its designer can recover the private key and, because the Web PKI cross-certifies universally, impersonate any HTTPS site, tamper with messages and decrypt traffic.
