Answering a sla.ckers question, RSnake shows a click cannot be forced into a cross-domain iframe, but the banner can be moved under the cursor instead so the user's own click lands on it. A cursor-following script demonstrates it; onclick timing and transparency are named as refinements. An early statement of clickjacking.
