Adobe Reader 7.0 ships ENUtxt.pdf at a fixed path, so a file:/// URL to it with #blah=javascript:alert() executes script from the local zone in Firefox and Opera. Turns the remote PDF-XSS class into a local one needing no attacker-hosted PDF.
