Diminutive Worm, 161 byte Web Worm

RSnake wraps up the Diminutive Worm Contest, won jointly by Giorgio Maone and Sirdarckcat with a 161-byte cross-site scripting worm; cross-browser and Apache-interoperability rules narrowed the field. Announces a follow-up paper claiming a way to slow worm propagation, plus planned work on propagation analytics and worm tracking. The winning code itself sits in the linked sla.ckers forum thread.
