Zendesk threads replies to support+id{id}@company.com and adds any CC'd address to that ticket without authenticating the sender, so a spoofed mail from the requester's address CCing the attacker yields the whole ticket history; ticket IDs are incremental, so the range is guessable. Chained on: register an Apple ID as [email protected], spoof [email protected] across that range to read the verification code Zendesk filed as a ticket, then Sign in with Apple to the firm's Slack.
