A Twitter DomXss, a wrong fix and something more
Twitter's new site assigned the URL fragment after '#!' straight to window.location, giving DOM XSS via twitter.com/#!javascript:alert(document.domain). Two successive patches failed: String.replace with a string argument strips only the first match, so '::' survived, and IE8 re-decoded the HTML entity form of the colon.
