Cursorjacking again

A revived cursorjacking vector after Niemietz's original custom-cursor trick. Setting cursor:none on the body works across browsers, so a page can hide the real pointer entirely and draw a fake one at an offset with a mousemove listener. Because no element is actually hidden, NoScript's ClearClick clickjacking protection does not trigger; it was fixed in NoScript 2.2.8 RC1.
