Site plagiarizes blog posts, then files DMCA takedown on originals
Ars Technica reports a DMCA takedown that ran backwards: an Indian site, NewsBulet.In, copied Retraction Watch's posts about disgraced Duke cancer researcher Anil Potti, then filed a copyright claim that made WordPress pull the ten originals. WHOIS showed the copying site postdated most of the posts, and its other pages reproduce wire stories verbatim.
