Using WebRTC ICE Servers for Port Scanning in Chrome

The article turns Chrome’s WebRTC ICE server handling into a browser-based LAN scanner. Crafted TURN URLs force TCP probes to arbitrary ports, including normally blocked ones, and icecandidateerror details distinguish reachable hosts and open ports, while mDNS fallback logic helps locate private ranges.
