How I hacked hundreds of companies through their helpdesk
Slack, Yammer and Workplace admit anyone holding a @company address, and helpdesks and issue trackers hand out exactly that: an address whose incoming mail becomes a ticket you can read. Register for the chat tool as [email protected] or as GitLab's issue-by-email address and the verification link arrives as your own ticket, since most portals never verified the address you signed up with. Password-reset mail to support@ took over Twitter accounts the same way.
